You Sign In Once

You start at the Gnosis Hub. Instead of creating yet another username and password, you connect your HandCash wallet. One tap, and you're in.

  • An identity that works everywhere. Your $handle is your login for every app in theAGORA. No second signup, ever.
  • A payment method already attached. Your wallet is connected from the first second, so nothing stands between you and using the thing you came for.
  • A welcome balance of Jolts. New members receive Jolts the moment they connect, so you can actually try things before you spend anything.

Behind the scenes, the Hub is a standards-based identity provider. When you open another app in the ecosystem, that app asks the Hub who you are, the Hub confirms it, and you're through — the same way "Sign in with Google" works, except it's your wallet and your ecosystem.

You Meet Gnosis

Gnosis is the AI that lives across the whole ecosystem. It isn't a separate app you visit. It shows up inside whichever app you're using, and it already knows you.

  • It remembers. Tell Gnosis something once — how you like your projects organized, what you're working toward, what you'd rather it never do again — and it carries that forward. In every conversation, in every app.
  • It changes character to fit the room. Gnosis in a task app behaves like a project manager. Gnosis in a social app behaves like a friend with good instincts. Same memory, same identity, different persona per app.
  • It isn't locked to one AI company. Gnosis runs on top of several leading AI models and picks the right one for the job. You can set a preference. If any single provider has a bad day, Gnosis keeps working.

Your Memory Can Live On-Chain (If You Want)

The default: your Gnosis memory is stored in the ecosystem, private to you. The upgrade: turn on on-chain memory, and Gnosis writes checkpoints of your memory to the Bitcoin SV blockchain.

  • Proof. Anyone can verify your memory existed at that moment and hasn't been altered since.
  • Portability. You can export your memory as a verified bundle. It's yours to take.
  • Permanence. It doesn't vanish because a company changed its mind.

Rather than writing to the blockchain after every message, Gnosis gathers what it's learned into a snapshot — automatically every so often, when you've been idle, or the instant you press Sync Memory to Chain. Each snapshot is cryptographically linked to the one before it. Each write costs a fraction of a cent, stated plainly before you write it. Reading back is free.

You Spend Jolts

Jolts are the single currency of theAGORA. One balance. Works in every app. No separate subscription per product, no per-app credit card on file.

  • Getting Jolts — two ways. Card: standard checkout, if that's what you're used to. Wallet: pay straight from HandCash, if you'd rather stay on-chain. Either way, the Jolts land in the same balance.
  • Spending Jolts. Jolts are spent on things that genuinely cost something to deliver — AI conversations, on-chain memory writes, premium features. Each action has a posted price you can see before you commit.
  • Watching your Jolts. Every purchase, spend, and refund is written to your ledger: what you bought, what you spent it on, which app, and when. Nothing is hidden and nothing is estimated.

The underlying token: Jolts exist as a real token (BSV-21) with a real treasury behind them, not as an internal number we made up. The economy is auditable from the outside.

theAGORA is the collection of apps that all run on this foundation. From the Hub you'll find a launcher showing every app in the ecosystem.

  • Moving between apps costs you nothing. No new account, no new payment setup, no re-explaining yourself to a new AI — your identity, your AI, your memory, and your Jolts are all shared.
  • Each app does its own job. Project Access, La Vida, RavenChat, goals.task, Bitcoin Jeopardy and more. What they share is the plumbing underneath.

Behind the Curtain — theAGORA Control Room

Most of what you've read is what you see. This is what you don't. The Control Room is the private engine room SaFire.Studio uses to run the entire ecosystem. Members never see it. It's how a small team operates many apps without anything falling on the floor.

Running an entire app ecosystem from a single command center

This isn't a reporting tool. It is how a studio with a handful of workers and testers runs many live products at once: all planning, all development, all performance, and all marketing driven from one surface — pushing out to safire.studio and to client-facing records in Project Access without anyone re-typing a thing.

One place to plan
Every roadmap, milestone, feature and bug across the whole portfolio is composed in one workbook. Priorities are set once, in one place, for all apps at the same time — not renegotiated app by app.
One place to build
A change request written in the Control Room is queued to the target app, claimed by a runner, executed, and reported back with evidence of the diff. A handful of workers and testers can drive development across many products because nothing depends on remembering what was agreed.
One place to understand performance
Traffic, revenue, Jolt burn, member growth, support load and release velocity land in the same view for every app. Which product deserves the next week of effort is a reading, not an argument.
One place to update marketing
When a feature flagged public ships, safire.studio and the client-facing Project Access records update themselves from the same record that built the feature. Marketing is downstream of the pipeline instead of a separate job nobody has time for.
Role-gated crew
Public users never see it. Testers see what they need to test, workers see the queue, admins see the whole portfolio. A tiny team gets the leverage of a much larger one without handing everyone the keys.
Runner infrastructure
Work is picked up and executed by runners against a tracked queue, so the throughput of the studio isn't capped by how many hours the founders can personally sit at a keyboard.

Watches everything
Traffic, revenue, members, open issues, feature progress, and milestones for every app — all in one place, updated automatically. There's no "let me go check three dashboards."
Keeps apps in sync
Each app reports back to the hub over a secured connection: its usage, revenue, members, tasks, and support tickets. One source of truth, maintained without anyone typing numbers into a spreadsheet.
Ships features on rails
New work is written up in the hub, sent to the target app, picked up, built, and reported back with evidence of what actually changed. Every change leaves a record.
Announces itself
When a feature marked as public goes live, the marketing site and project records update themselves. No stale website.
